Owning a lake house requires year-round maintenance. When you are away, leave the household chores in the hands of a neighbor you trust. Let me take on the burden of the work to keep your lake house looking pristine and ready for your next vacation while keeping you updated along the way.

  • DOCK: Dock staining, greasing dock joints, powerwashing, painting/touch up of the dock
  • VEHICLES: Winterization of jet skis, filling up vehicles and gas containers
  • HOUSE: Window washing, powerwashing siding and decks, cleaning out gutters, installing gutter guards, package retrieval, filling of propane tanks
  • PROPERTY: Gathering and removal of fallen leaves, lawn care, power washing sidewalk and pavement, junk hauling

Pre-Arrival Set Up

Getting the Lake House ready at the beginning of each stay can take valuable lake time away.  Arrive to a fully prepped house that allows you to walk in, drop your bags and immediately begin enjoying the lake!

  • Set up outdoor furniture
  • Set out grill and refill propane tank
  • Turn on and check water
  • Set thermostat to desired temperature
  • Other requested preparations

Post-Departure Take Down

No one enjoys the last hours at the lake where cleaning up and closing the house are the main focus, forget about those tasks and enjoy the time you have left remaining by letting me take care of them. All you need to do is simply lock the door.

  • Strip beds and wash sheets
  • Change the thermostat
  • Clean out the refrigerator and take out the trash
  • Put away outdoor furniture
  • Put away the grill
  • Check all windows and doors
  • Cover boat and jet skis
  • Put away dock toys
  • Other requested clean up
